I would say you could get anything from $2000 to $4000 here in Aus for him. Depending on where you are located etc

I would get an adult to write the ad for you and also it's probably not best to be posting How much should I sell him for??? Ad's on horses for sale sites as many buyers can easily take advantage of that. Your better of saying Make an offer..

Here's how I think you should structure your ad.....

13hh, 5yo, Arab X, Pally Gelding.

Excellent temprement, Loves a cuddle, easy to do anything with. Can jump up to 70 cm (and could probably go higher with right rider) in 1m spreads. Can be left for months without riding and will still be the same horse when you jump on him. Next to no time to get back into show condition after spell. Goes onto the bit easily. LOVES SWIMMING!!!

Has NO Kick, Buck, Bite etc (if that's true put it but u haven't specified)

However, his one vice is when spooked he can bolt, this doesn't bother me as with a martingale he easily pulled up, he just wouldn't suit a beginner rider who would freeze up in these situations. IN the right hands i'm 100% sure that the bolting could be trained out he is after all a young horse.

Would suit a confident youth looking for a horse to do anything with. He would make a top Pony club, Dressage, Jumping or Show mount with the right rider OR he could be a horse just to have fun with.

Selling ONLY due to rider outgrown

Best of homes only....

Make an offer.....

Are you in Australia?

Anyway, you're going to have a harder time selling him because of his size. You'll really want to advertize him for a petite low intermidiate rider. I ended up with the wrong horse for me, because she needed much more work then I was capable of. However, she worked out because of her small size, so that is to your advantage. you're right that he will not be right for a beginner. the age isn't 100% great either... I would ask anywhere between 1000-2000 and post that the price is negotiable.
锟?200 in uk
Probably around $1500 in US, not sure how the horse market is in Australia.

His conformation looks good in the pictures, but don't have a completely clean form in that jump.

Due to his heavy underneck muscling in the pictures, I doubt he can get his head down and collect up easily.

Plus no one wants a young horse right now, and he is too short to be considered for most riders- when people want a 13h pony, it is usually for a kid, and needs to be kid safe.
In the UK, you could probably sell him a mounted games pony, or a JA showjumper, for a fair bit of dosh (maybe 3000-4000 pounds stirling), because he's a real looker too! Quality ponies can fetch just as much as good horses over here.

It's a shame that you look to have out grown him in the pictures, because you guys look like you have lots of fun. (Also a shame you're not in the UK, or I'd point some of my clients in your direction!).

Good luck with finding him a great home (if you decide to sell him).
ok he's a fairly nice pony, but I really would only pay $2k tops for him with the market being so down. you might also want to re-word your add something like this:

Beautiful, Stunning, 13 hand high Arab X aus. riding Pony. Friendly, wonderful ground manners. he's the horse weather your looking to jump or event! Currently Schooling 70cm at home with potential to move up. He has had previous show experience, has done pony club, and. gone to the beach. He is a sweet level headed guy, but I would prefer him to go to a confidant young rider, to showcase his talents the best. Don't miss out on this wonderful little gelding!
Beautiful pony, in the midwest I would think a hunter pony as this one would go for 2500 to 5000. Ponies are not cheap if they are as classy as this one. Being 13 hands is not a draw back either. i just bought a 13 hand dartmoor not trained for the low price here.
sorry if u live near west virginia u might b able to get 100 because right now the prices are down because we feed hay and so the value of horses and ponies are really low
where do you live? the price will vary from place to place.... but here in the mid west you probably wouldnt get more than $2000 maybe even $2500 if your lucky.
I would say 3500.00 he is young and very pretty. have alot going for him.
I'd say you could get 3000-3500 for him. =]
From what you have said about him, I would pay about $1000 for him. Part of this is the pictures. If you can get a smaller person on him, that would help sell. He is a pony, but a large pony and a flashy pony that a child who likes to show would do well on. Of course the child needs to be at least an intermediate rider.

You also look like you are really holding him back over the jump, which makes it look like he rushes or bolts the jumps. If he needs a martingale jumping, put one on him and have a proper crest release to show him off better.

As I stated, see if you can get someone smaller on him-I am not trying to be insulting to you, but many people see a pony and see a young adult on him and wonder if a kid could really ride him. Even if it is someone else your age that is shorter than you and 'fits' the pony better, would be good. With those adjustments, you could get up to $2000 for him.

Not sure how that translates to Australian dollars. Some of it will depend on the market in your area, as mentioned before. Take a look at other ponies for sale in your area of similar age and size and compare prices.
I think you need to do your advert over, since no one is going to take it seriously because of the appalling spelling and grammar.
hi there he looks like a very showy little boy....... I live in nsw and the horse movement here is still very slow........ I think if you furthered his education and worked on the "spooking issue" and made him more child friendly you should get decent money for him get on to the horse deals website and have a look at ponies silmilar to him and see what people are asking in price . he might be suitable as a leadline pony for a small child interested in showing.
Probably around $1500-2000.

He would be worth more if it weren't for a couple things.

He is only 13 hands, and most people looking for a small horse like him are looking for a kids horse, and he couldn't be used as a kids horse because he bolts when he spooks.

If that is you riding him in the pictures I would defenitly consider selling or leasing him though, because you look very big on him.

Good luck.
You've got a great horse.Very beautiful! I would pay about $1500.00 to $5000.00 for him.You can train him to stop bolting, other than that he is a very good looking horse.
About 2,500 dollars
WOW nice pony!! In Ontario they go for a lot of money and I cant give an exact price but wow would think it could go for at LEAST no less than $4500 Hope things work out.
